About Me

My name is Shane Faberman, and I’m currently a student studying Statistics and Data Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Class of 2027). I’m passionate about working with data to explore meaningful questions, and I have experience in both industry and academic research. I enjoy using my technical skills to find creative solutions for real-world data science problems.

Outside of the classroom, I’m a huge sports fan, particularly football and basketball. I love being active, whether that’s playing sports, going to the gym, or exploring new places outdoors. I also enjoy cooking as a creative outlet. Below are a few of my favorite recipes that I’ve made over the years.
